MAJOR URBAN RENEWAL PROGRAM
64 hecatres of surplus land was rezoned after the North West Sydney Metro was built across 8 station precints. The obective was to deliver Transit Oriented Development Place Making outcomes.Our role was to: - Lead the interface between Sydney Metro (as landowner) and Landcom (as Master Developer)- Manage Place Making and Precinct Delivery function- Manage negotiations- Manage transactions
MAJOR URBAN RENEWAL PROJECT
Following the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games the 643 hectare Olympic site needed replanning to increase activity. The objective was to implement a development strategy that included a mix of uses that could grow Place Making outcomesOur role was to:- Attract prospective development partners- Strategically release development sites- Manage negotiations- Manage transactions
PROGRAM FOR INCREASING SOCIAL HOUSING
The NSW Government owned a vast amount of under-utilised land that was suitable for medium density but only accomodated a singe dwelling. These properties were included in a program known as "Communities Plus" to increase social housing offering sites to developers in return for at least 30% stock in return. Our role was to:- Manage the Communities Plus program- Manage negotiations- Manage tranactions
